So, Ill do another try to be up to date with this page, sigh…..wonder how long I will make it..! Honestly I had forgotten my homepage so today, when I was at Kettlebell Center, one of the instructors had noticed my page and it reminded me. Internet is a mad house, crazy stuff circulating everywhere. Me as well…!

Still studying to become a speech therapist, still living in the same area. Still training but heading in another direction. How on earth did I miss Kettlebell for so many years in my life? How many hours have I spent at the gym, pushing and squatting to isolate my body? I feel a bit a shame, but at the same time I do have to confess that all memories I have from leg workouts are jolly. I trained with an old bodybuilder the last 7 months and god, he really had me going… He couldnt understand how I could just control the pain and stay focused while he pushed me so hard that people around told him to be nicer and that I would fall apart if he pushed me harder. But, I never did.. Right before I started with Kettlebell I did a major PR in squats, 125 kg x 5 reps and in leg press I was up on 200 kg….But its way more fun to train them with Kettlebells than with weight lifting!

And, Im still doing my yoga..and all forest walks, and climbing, and canoeing. And all other sorts of fun activites that you are born to do, without even knowing it. We all just need to start. Let the nature take you to places you never been. See your body as a treasure. Earn it and love it, make it feel special. Every day, I listen to my heart beats. Thats my motor running, absorbing me with that well-knowned sound when the chambers close and opens. As long as I can hear that sound, I know that nothing in the world is impossible to challenge. My life is a challenge and my goal is to find as many challenges as possible on the way.

And yes, I still collect dead animals and keep them in my fridge until time comes around and we have a nice evening together while I carve and stuff them…Why be political correct when you can be the opposite?

Hi you! Long time no seen? - Yepp I agree….!

The Autumn came with colourful leaves, long walks in the forest and geo-caching. I red about anatomy, linguistics, phonetics, transcribing, audio and physiology. My education is just as fantastic as I hoped and my class mates are adorable. We are like one happy family filled with bohemians, artists, singers and young mothers.

I also started to work extra at a café and joined Logur (The educations mouthpiece). We have meetings every month and discuss everything between heaven and earth. Things that involes our education that is..:)

Henrik & I spent out Christmas up north as usual and had a really nice time. We also celebrated Henriks birthday and new year up there together with his family. I always love it when Im at his parents place, jusr relaxing and feeling the calm.

2010 started with the life promise to only eat ecological products that is produced by or of animals. During the past months this promise nowadays involves almost everything you can buy, from coffee to dishwashing liquid. Also, all our clothes we have bought this year is ecological. Its hard when you are a student but it´s worth it. No doubt about it.

I also work as a volunteer at the Child hospital Ronald Mcdonald House when I have the time and work two weekends every month at an old people’s home. It gives me so much back you cant even imagine! I also give blood and have just been test rabbit for science. SO COOL! Will publish some pictures on MY OWN BRAIN as soon as they have mailed me them.. wiiie!

We are about to switch tenement since our contract is running out. The new place is fantastic and just 2 minutes walk away from here. Couldnt been better! HSB, the offical landlord helped us by calling a girl they new wanted to hire out her place for at least a year and she agreed!

Henriks studies is working fantastic and he often teach the teachers during the lessons. Today he started his first day at a new company where he will have practice during 11 weeks.

And how about my training? Well what do you think?:)

So, we were at Liseberg during the whole Saturday like so many others unfortunately.. It was 30 minutes cue to every carousel so we didn’t ride more than 5-6 of them. It was fun to meet my big sis children who are 7 years old now! I haven’t seen them since they were 2 I think…Life turns, truly. Henrik & I liked Balder the most which is their biggest rollercoaster all made in wood. When we made our way to Kållerado, which is a station that is suppose to be as realistic as a true rafting tour. I was soaking wet after those lovely 10 minutes and Henrik was dry as the sun…of course… Finally we were too tired to stat around any longer so we took the tram, switch to our bus and got home, eating a really tasty dinner filled with fresh potatoes and pickled herring. For more info about Liseberg: www.liseberg.se

Saturday was all about Nature! We got in the car after lunch-time and drove all the way to Ytterby for the mission finding Chanterelles. Its a lot of ticks around that area and a high percent of them are caring Borrelia, which I had a few years ago.. (it turned really ugly I can tell.. My foot was swollen, purple and all the time itching) We met a lot of other fellows in there but these ones were more interested in our blood than finding mushrooms… So as you read this I’m itching my arms, hands and face as a madman. …

When we had almost given up, I spot a bunch of yellow mushrooms and when I came closer I knew we had scored! They were really big and when I parboiled them later it smelled like heaven in our 2 rooms apartment! We picked a lot of blueberries & lingonberries as well. When we were done we jumped in the car and headed to our cache destination which was located in a nature reserve. The forest there was amazing and instead of taking the path, we climbed in the mountains, ran on rocks and felt the sweat dropping on our backs. The Cache was hidden on the top so when we found it we were both happy for the finding but also, lucky to see the immense view! It was truly breathtaking. When we started to walk back to the car we took the wrong way and didn’t realize that until we had walked 2 miles or so.. But since the forest was so beautiful it didn’t matter that much. I was happy for every minute I had to spend in there!

On our way to my parents for a nice dinner out in the garden, we took a really quick detour to the bathing place were I used to bath a lot during the Summers. We located where the next Cache would be hidden and after just a few minutes we had it in our hands. It was really nice to look after a cache that was so easy to find, since we were so tired after the other one. Back at my parents place, we ate the best dinner we have had for a really long while! We ate as much minute-steak we could possibly stuff in. The weather was warm and the company as well. I had not seen them for almost a month so it was nice to see them again. We drove away from them really late, with the car filled with food for more than 4 weeks! (They know how hard we are living, economically since Henrik has started to study instead of working) Oh, I almost forgot to write! At my parents place, there are enormous bushes with blackberries so now one of my freezer compartment contains just berries in all sorts!

This is the best thing Henrik & I know at the moment! Since he met that old guy last Sunday we have been climbing in mountains, under bridges, at railways, in trees, in a roundabout, everywhere seeking for the caches! Henrik was out fishing with his brother when they saw this man who seemed to be very goal-oriented, eager and sneaky. After awhile he explained what he was up to and asked for some help to climb up at a spot where he thought the cache was hidden. Henrik and his brother wanted to know more and when Henrik got home he told me about all this and gosh I felt like I was in paradise! I have always loved orienteering but Henrik isn’t a great fan of that at all so we have never done it together but this…..! Since he is a technological freak he loves the whole idea using a GPS and fill in longitudes and latitudes, see the star where the cache is located and then go out for it! This is as common in our lives as the dinner in the late afternoon. We just HAVE TO find a cache everyday it seems! So, since Sunday we have found a bunch of them already but they are allover the world so we will have caches to find for the rest of our lives! Today we are going to Liseberg with my twin sis and her GF, my big sis and her wife + their two adorable 7 year old kids and guess what more you can do at Liseberg than just riding roller coasters? THERE ARE 4 CACHES IN THEIR SOMEWHERE!!!

If you want to know more about Geocaching, which I strongly insist that you want, copy this text and paste it in the searcher and you are just a membership away from starting your new lifestyle as a cach-hunter! http://www.geocaching.com/

Hi!!!!

Yes I have been worthless at updating my blog but I have so much to do during the days that I dont really have the time to just sit and write about my days..! Anyway, I will try to type some interesting posts today and hope that you will enjoy them! This post will be all about my latest session with Peter Gaudiano and Sarah-maria B, which is the other one we did during our shooting day a month ago. The first one is already published in my blog (see princess Leia had a cat fight in Narnia for pictures)

ANYWAY…! This is the miss summer session which was the main idea. The other session was just a bonus, that I truly am very happy for..! Sarah Maria is a very quick and professional MUA / hairstylist so the hair didn’t take longer than about 1 hour to create! I really loved the way she transformed me and it felt great to see someone who can actually work with my hair without making it look like a dead beaver.

I really hope that I will work with this dream team again! At least, I will do an Autumn session with Peter soon and I am really looking forward to it! We will use my Icelandic knitted sweater which is my absolute favourite cloth! To that, we will add some cool accessories and a nice pair of boots. It will be kicking, trust me!

Hope you liked them!

Kind regards / Ez

So, I have had a really good start on this week and my body is filled with energy , ready to rock n sweat! I increased my daily kcal intake so its time to get more muscles..! Today’s pose down, for just 10 minutes ago after breakfast, protein shakes, 3 litres of water, lunch, afternoon protein porridge and dinner!

As I already told, I have switch my training programme and am training after Bill Starr’s schedule. HE IS A GURU! I fucking love it and I am increasing every time I’m at the gym. Bench, Dead lifts, Squats and some assistance exercises is all you really need! Today I did a great cardio job, 89 minutes…:)

Good morning guys!

I’m still a bit tired while I’m writing this but hey, I cant stay in the bed longer and not enjoy the hot summer weather outside! Yesterday Elli and I were out and as usual our feet walked the way to Diamond Dogs, our favourite spot at the moment. We had just been sitting at the bar for less than 5 minutes when the bartender came along with a huge smile and flirty eyes and gave us two whiskey shots for free. Good start I tell…:)

After that we took in a beer to sis and a glass of red wine for me. (I’m trying my very best not to drink beer since its truly deadly for my training results. One glass of wine a week is ok, if you read the dissertations…But! Actually I drank a 4 cl Laphroaig as well since a guy that I met that evening was so fascinated about my whiskey skills, (I know this cause its true love) so when he first had bought one for himself he wanted me to smell and taste it and tell what sort it was and i nailed it! So, then he said that I so deserved my own. Really cool and sweet guy, wasn’t too flirty or so either, maybe cause he saw my engagement ring? We just had a really good time together. Anyway, Ellis GF quit work later and around 1:00 we went to Gretas (the Gay-club) but then I felt that I was too tired to be out any longer so I gave Elli a hug and run to the bus. Henrik talked with me during the whole bus trip so that he knew that I was safe while I was on the road. Back home, I took a shower, ate my protein porridge and looked at a documentary. My evening ended around 3-4 something and it was a really good one!:)

Well I will eat something now and clean the apartment, give all the flowers, herbs and vegetables water and then take a bus to my big sis place where we are going to bake bread.. yeaaay, this will be a fun day I can so feel it!

Happy weekend to ya!
